Summer Adult Movie Blockbusters Coming to a Radio Station Near You -- Vivid is working with radio stations around the country to give lucky listeners a chance to win one of three Vivid features -- "Gold Digger" starring Kody; "Heartbreaker" starring Briana Banks or "Girl of My Dreams" starring Savanna Samson. The initial station lineup for the contests includes "The Regular Guys Morning Show" on WKLS-FM in Atlanta; "The Andy Savage Morning Show" on KNDD-FM in Seattle; "Cousin Deke and the Buzzard Morning Show" on WMMS-FM in Cleveland; "Fitz Late Night" on WJBX-FM in Fort Myers, FL, "The Rob, Arnie and Dawn Show" on KRXQ-FM in Sacramento and "The Judge Afternoon Show" on WRRK-FM in Pittsburgh. Vivid Condoms Ready to Roll: Vivid Girls and will be featured prominently on packaging for the new line of Vivid condoms, which are expected to be in stores by December. Vivid's partner in the venture, Paradise Marketing, unveiled the condom line this week at the Adult Novelty Manufacturers Expo in Los Angeles. Jenna Jameson is featured on the studded condom package, Kira Kener is on the thin, Briana Banks on the large size condoms and Cheyenne Silver is on the lubed condom packages. Dennis Paradise of Paradise Marketing says his company is getting an enthusiastic reception from retailers because putting the Vivid Girls on condom packaging "is like putting Tiger Woods on a golf ball."

DJs Set for Vivid's Friday Night LA Parties: DJs have been picked for the monthly parties that Vivid will co-host with Spearmint Rhino at Club A.D. in Los Angeles (836 North Highland) starting on July 26th. Twiggy Ramirez, formerly the bassist for Marilyn Manson, will handle the upstairs Vivid Lounge while DJ Five Star will spin for the downstairs dancers. Vivid Girl Kody will greet guests in the Vivid Lounge the first night. The parties will be held at Club A.D. the last Friday of each month.

"Fade To Black" and Jenna Jameson honored at 2002 VSDA Home Entertainment Awards -- Last week at the Video Software Dealers Association's (VSDA) annual convention in Las Vegas, the Vivid feature, "Fade To Black" was awarded Best Adult Title of the Year. Vivid has won the prestigious award four of the last five years for "Bobby Sox", "Bad Wives" and "Seven Deadly Sins" in addition to this year's "Fade to Black" . Vivid Girl Jenna Jameson was also honored as Adult Star of the Year. This is the first year that this award has been given to an actor in the adult industry. She was joined at the event by Vivid Girl Kody, who signed autographs in the Vivid suite for retailers and distributors. Jenna also announced that she's signed a contract to write her autobiography for ReganBooks, a division of publishing powerhouse HarperCollins.
