magazine this month. She's also featured in a
six-page interview and pictorial in the October
issue of the magazine. Mercedez talks about her
career and her awards, and reveals that she is
a "huge wrestling fan" but she has never considered
being a wrestler because "I'm afraid I'd bust
a boob." She said she enjoys being a Vivid girl.
"What I like is that people know your name and
you are accepted by the mainstream." Excitement
covers the adult entertainment scene in Florida.

---Vivid Girl Savanna Samson
talked with reporter Layla Revis
in exceptionally candid interview this week that
has been posted on SexHerald.com.
Savanna, who won the AVN Award for Best Sex Scene
this year and will host the 2005 AVN Awards,
talks about her relationship with her family,
about how she chooses sexual partners ("In the
end, it's always about chemistry."), jealousy
in threesomes ("It isn't always wise to let the
third person to get too close."), about her favorite
sex scene (with Jenna in "Jenna Jameson is the
Masseuse" and with Sunrise Adams because "we both
really care about the scene being hot and genuine.")
and how adult acting has changed her life ("I
have a lot more faith in myself and belief in
myself."). Asked to "say one thing about sex,"
Savanna answered: "It's a celebration of life
and love." Savanna also appeared on The
Howard Stern Show on October 4th, having
a lot of fun talking about her stripping days
and dancing with one of the girls from Scores.
In another interview last week, Savanna revealed
to AVN that she keeps her AVN awards in a locked
glass case along with some collector Barbie dolls.

4th about new advertisements from Virgn
Atlantic Airways that use "bawd British
humor to spoof soft-core pornography." Elliott
noted that "Virgin Atlantic is not the first marketer
to associate itself with pornography, which has
been seeping into mainstream popular culture since
the movie "Boogie Nights," about the sex film
industry, became a hit in 1997. For instance,
a campaign last year for Pony,
the maker of athletic shoes and apparel, featured
Jenna Jameson and other stars
of the soft-core films made by the Vivid
Entertainment Group, the nation's leader
producer of pornography."
