column in the December issue of Oui

Magazine is on newsstands now and

it's all about the Vivid Girls

and their book, How to Have A XXX

Sex Life (ReganBooks/HarperCollins).

Columnist Joe Zeigfeld says the

publication of the book, co-authored by the Vivid

Girls, "marked a milestone in porn's growing mainstream

acceptance." He says the book gives "an abundance

of juicy tips from those who know best." He also

tells his readers that sex-ed classes "with that

geek teacher with the pocket-protector" and "books

by so-called 'sex experts' PH.Ds are not even

in the same universe" with the Vivid Girls. His

four-page column is spiced up with sensational

photos of Savanna Samson, Jenna

Jameson, Mercedez and

Tawny Roberts. The same issue

of Oui includes a product review of the new Series

5 action figure line from Plastic Fantasy,

Inc. featuring the Vivid Girls plus a

special Halloween series of Jenna Jameson action

figures.

TIMOTHY AND THE VIVID GIRLS

---Vivid Girls Tera Patrick and

Savanna Samson were star attractions

Saturday night at a reception at New York City's

prestigious Mary Boone Gallery

for Timothy Greenfield-Sanders

and his book, XXX 30 Porn-Stars.

They are featured in photo spreads in the book

along with other Vivid Girls Jenna Jameson,

Briana Banks, Sunrise

Adams, Janine and Tawny

Roberts. The gallery event was to celebrate

an exclusive showing of oversized photos from

the book. The Vivid Girls went to an ultra chic

private party at the Hotel Rivington

after the gallery reception.

HBO SPECIAL FEATURES VIVID GIRLS

---"Like it or not, pornography has become part

of the American cultural mainstream." So says

the narrator for the new HBO

special Thinking XXX,

which first aired Thursday, Oct. 28th at 11 pm.

Produced and directed by portrait artist Timothy

Greenfield-Sanders, the special presented

a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his

bold new book of porn-star portraits, which features

Vivid Girls Jenna Jameson, Tera

Patrick, Savanna Samson,

Janine, Briana Banks,

Tawny Roberts, and Sunrise

Adams. HBO notes that they are "celebrities,

their work and lives legitimized by an ever-increasing

fan base." Briana, Savanna, Jenna and Tera all

are interviewed extensively during the show. Check

local cable listings for repeat broadcast times.

YRB PARTY FOR VIVID GIRLS ---YRB,

the hip and hot urban magazine, will throw a party

November 17th in New York City at Club

Show to celebrate their holiday issue,

which stars Vivid Girls Savanna Samson

and Tera Patrick. Savanna and

Tera will also be VIP guests at the party. Club

Show is at 135 West 41 Street. The party starts

at 7 pm and is by invitation only.
