Vivid Girl Sunny Leone in FHM-Philippines.SUNNY LEONE FEATURED IN THE "GIRLS OF FHM" -- Vivid Girl Sunny Leone appeared on the pages of the Philippine's edition of FHM Magazine . The beautiful five-page " Girls of FHM " layout was headlined " Torch Bearer! In her interview with writers B. A. Borleo and Noel Manansala , Sunny explained why she began her career at Vivid doing girl-girl scenes: "I wanted to try it out and make sure I was making the right decision. In so many cases girls will rush into what they are doing, but I wanted to take things slow. I love being with girls, so it was an easy thing to do." She also had reassuring advice for Asian males who might be concerned about the size of their equipment: "Paying attention to a woman's needs matters more than worrying about your size. There are lots of girls out there who cannot handle a big penis. So I would not worry about the size. Just worry about your technique."
MEGGAN AND HANNA LOVE MANUEL HITS THE SHELVES - The first movie starring Vivid Girls Meggan Mallone and Hanna Hilton together --- " Meggan and Hanna Love Manuel " - hit the shelves this week to widespread enthusiasm. The story line revolves around Hanna, who plays a real estate agent who gets down with Manuel while showing him an exclusive seaside apartment, and her subsequent involvement with both Manuel and his girlfriend, played by Meggan. The Paul Thomas-directed movie got a strong send off from both AVN and XBiz , where reviewer Joanne Cachapero called it a "wacky real estate agent scenario (that) sets up a power threesome between Malone, Hilton and Manuel Ferrara." She also reports on the "drama behind-the-scenes" that developed after the two actresses realized for the first time that they had actually shared a boyfriend in their off-screen lives.
EON MCKAI RIPS IT UP - The New Zealand pop culture magazine Rip It Up this month carries an extensive interview with Vivid-Alt head Eon McKai , who talked about what the publication calls "the latest and greatest movement in the world of pornography...blending punk, goth and indie ideals and music with hardcore sex." Noting that Eon is "the director at the forefront of the alt-porn frontier," writer David Farrier reports that the genre is "for those that move outside of society's mainstream." Asked why he puts so much production value into his movies and the packaging, Eon tells Farrier: "It's all about flying the flag so we can connect with our audience. If you go into a porn shop, everything's got a uniform aesthetic going on, like fast food restaurants use the same colors, you know? So when something in that landscape stands out, it's like 'Whoa! I can see somebody like me made this movie!' That's the connection that we have with our audience and that's what's so powerful."
