SAVANNA AND SUNNY WELCOME HANNA & AND NIKKI TO NYC -- Vivid Girls Savanna Samson and Sunny Leone will introduce Hanna Hilton and Nikki Jayne to New York City in a blowout bash Wednesday Sept. 10 at Home. The party has already attracted media attention, including an item in the Page Six gossip column of The New York Post, and Savanna will talk about the party on The Howard Stern Show Wednesday morning. While in NYC Nikki and Hanna will be on the Derek Romaine Show on Sirius, and will be doing a radio tour with shows across the country as well as other press interviews. All four girls will be available at the party to pose for snapshots and sign the Vivid "Meggan and Hanna Love Manuel" DVD. They also will be making appearances at EXXXOTICA New York 2008, a three-day erotic expo at The Meadowlands. Party-goers will also get a sneak preview of songs from Savanna's first album, "Possession," from KOCH Records, which will be released later this month. SAVANNA STRUTS HER STUFF AT EXXXOTICA NEW YORK - Vivid Girl Savanna Samson will show-off her pole-dancing and singing skills at EXXXOTICA New York on September 13 at 8pm at The Meadowlands. The unveiling of Savanna's first album, "Possession," from KOCH Records will take place at 8pm in the VIP room during the expo. The adrenaline-pumping album is perfect for the dance floor and various tracks will be played during the night. Savanna will also perform a sexy pole dance routine to the title track, which is also the first single off her debut album. She co-wrote the song with Giuseppe D and said that she did it during a period when her marriage was dissolving and she thought that everyone seemed to feel they owned her. "They see me nude and having sex and think they know me and that I'm available, but I'm no more available than Angelina Jolie." Savanna's latest movie is "Power" which will be in stores by September 24 and explores how women take control of men. VIVID WINS "ADULT FILM STUDIO OF THE YEAR" AT STOREROTICA -- Vivid Entertainment was chosen as "Adult Film Studio of the Year" during the recent StorErotica Convention and Trade Show at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Vivid competed with seven other top studios for the award at the convention which is the largest showcase for adult industry products and services. It's just the latest honor for Vivid, which has won more AVN Awards (adult entertainment's "Oscar") than any other studio in the industry, has an archive of almost 2000 movies, and is recognized as the pioneer in taking the adult industry into the mainstream. In accepting the award on behalf of Vivid, veteran adult store entrepreneur John Cornetta recalled, "Steven Hirsch and Bill Asher run a thriving Vivid today, but when Steven started the company 25 years ago, he had only borrowed money and tremendous determination." Cornetta noted that Vivid "started by revolutionizing video box cover design with Vivid's very first movie the landmark 'Ginger' starring Ginger Lynn. Instead of the gritty and low-end look that had prevailed, the company's designs resembled sexy magazine covers. The idea was that that retailers would display them boldly, and they did. Vivid was inspired by the old Hollywood studio system to create the Vivid Girls concept whereby actresses would sign contracts to make movies exclusively for the studio.
